This notice covers what happens to your information when you use this website: the enquiry form, Bridgy (the consultation assistant on this site) and our WhatsApp and phone links. If you use Bridge CRM, our Privacy Policy covers that product. We apply the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as their relevant provisions come into force, alongside other applicable Indian law.
1. What information is processed
- Enquiry form: your name and WhatsApp or phone number, the services you tick and the one line you write. If you add them, your email, company name, website and role.
- Bridgy consultation: your answers to Bridgy's questions and the short summary it writes. These stay in your own browser until you tap Send. Nothing from the conversation reaches us before that.
- Technical details sent with an enquiry: the page you were on, the language you were reading in, the website you came from (only its address, not the full link) and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign tags in the link.
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts on this website.
Our hosting server also receives your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the website against abuse. We do not use that information for advertising. This is separate from the enquiry or conversation details you choose to send.
2. Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare for the call, send you the written plan you asked for and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list. You give consent when you send the form or tap Send in Bridgy, and you can withdraw it at any time (see section 6).
3. WhatsApp and phone
If you tap a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens with a message already written. You see it and decide whether to send it. Messages you send on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Calls and emails reach our team directly.
4. Stored in your browser
The site remembers a few things on your own device, never on our servers: the language you chose (local storage), whether you have already seen the opening animation, and an unfinished Bridgy conversation so you can pick it up again (session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab). You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
5. Who else handles it, and for how long
- Enquiries are kept on the server that runs this website and are seen only by our team.
- Fonts are hosted on this website. Loading a page does not send a font request to Google.
- We keep enquiries for up to 18 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Backups are overwritten within 30 days after that. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as the law requires (for example for tax).
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to hello@talentbridgeservices.tech with the subject "My data", or reply STOP on WhatsApp. If you are not satisfied, you can contact our Grievance Officer, Anmol Malik, at hello@talentbridgeservices.tech (details in our Privacy Policy). Regulatory complaints to the Data Protection Board of India are subject to the relevant DPDP provisions and complaint route being in force.
7. Age
This website is for businesses. Please send an enquiry only if you are 18 or older.
8. Changes
