Project Terms

These terms apply to services you buy from Talent Bridge Services (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us"), other than Bridge CRM subscriptions, which have their own Terms of Service. Every project also has a written plan (proposal or statement of work) that you accept before work starts. If the plan and these terms disagree, the plan wins.

1. The plan and the price

• The plan lists the work included, the timeline, the people on your team, the price and the payment stages.
• Fixed price means the price for the work written in the plan does not go up. If you ask for something that is not in the plan, we tell you the extra cost and time in writing first, and do it only after you agree.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST where applicable. Any tax and the final payable amount are shown before payment and on the invoice.

2. Payments

Unless your written plan states otherwise, fixed-scope projects are paid 40% in advance and 60% after your approval, before final handover or launch. Monthly services are paid one billing month in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is paid, and the timeline moves by the same number of days.

3. Your approvals and inputs

Some work needs things only you can give: content, logins, approvals, feedback. Timelines assume we get them on time. We show you work regularly (usually a weekly demo) and you approve each stage before we move on.

4. Who owns the work

• When you have paid in full for a deliverable, it is yours. We transfer to you all our rights in the final code, designs, videos, photos, copy and other work made specially for you, and we hand over the source files listed in the plan.
• Accounts we create for you (domain, hosting, app stores, ad accounts, social pages, Google Business Profile) are registered in your name or your business's name wherever the platform allows.
• We keep our own general tools, templates and know-how that existed before your project or are not specific to you. Where they are part of your deliverable, you get a permanent, free licence to use them with that deliverable.
• Open-source software, stock media, fonts and third-party services stay under their own licences. We tell you about any that need a paid licence before we use them.
• Until you have paid, you may use the work for review only.
• We may show the finished work in our portfolio only if you agree in writing. You can say no.

5. Confidentiality and your data

We keep your business information confidential and use it only for your project. Where we handle personal data of your customers for you, we do so only on your instructions, keep it secure and return or delete it when the project ends.

6. Support after launch

Projects include 30 calendar days of support after launch or final delivery to fix faults in the work we delivered against the agreed scope. Contact us by email or WhatsApp, 9 am to 11 pm India time, daily. This covers corrections to agreed work, not new features, third-party outages or changes made by others. A different support period must be stated in your written plan. New features or changes after launch are quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance, hosting or marketing can be arranged as a monthly service.

7. Changing or stopping a project

For fixed-scope projects, either side may end the project by written notice. You pay for completed work and approved, non-cancellable third-party costs; we hand over paid deliverables and refund any remaining unearned advance within 7 business days after the final statement is agreed. For monthly services, you may request cancellation at any time by email. Cancellation stops renewal and takes effect at the end of the current billing month. That month remains payable in full, with access or agreed service continuing until it ends; there is no partial-month refund. We refund unused prepaid future full months within 7 business days after the current month ends. These terms do not restrict refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.

8. Results and responsibility

• We do the work with reasonable skill and care. We cannot promise results that depend on others, such as search rankings, ad performance, app store approval or sales.
• Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. Neither side is liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that fails, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
