Terms of Service
Bridge CRM — a product of Talent Bridge Services (OPC) Private Limited · Last updated 24 October 2026
1. The agreement
These Terms are a contract between Talent Bridge Services (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U70200UP2025OPC234985, "Talent Bridge", "we", "us") and the business that creates or uses a Bridge CRM workspace ("Customer", "you"). By creating a workspace, starting a trial, paying for a plan or using Bridge CRM, you accept these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), which form part of these Terms. The person accepting confirms they are authorised to bind the business. The workspace owner is asked to accept these documents in the app, and again whenever they change; we keep a record of the version, time and account that accepted. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no physical signature.
Bridge CRM is for businesses. It is not offered to consumers for personal use.
2. The service
Bridge CRM is a sales CRM delivered as a web app, Windows and Mac desktop apps and an Android app. It includes lead capture from websites, ad platforms and marketplaces, calling and messaging tools, reports, automation and Bridgy, a built-in AI assistant. Features depend on your plan. We improve Bridge CRM continually and may change or remove features; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a prepaid period without giving at least 30 days' notice. Features marked beta or preview are provided as they are.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your users, for keeping sign-in details secret and for activity in your workspace. Give each person their own account and only the access they need. Tell us promptly at hello@talentbridgeservices.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Free trial
After a call with our team, we activate a 7-day free trial for your new workspace. No payment details are needed and you are never charged automatically when it ends. Some advanced features may switch off towards the end of the trial; the core lead workflow keeps working. After the trial there is a grace period of up to 7 more days with the core lead workflow, after which the workspace is locked until a paid plan starts. Workspaces whose trial started before 16 October 2026 keep the 30-day trial they signed up for. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends; if a workspace stays locked, we will email the owner at least 30 days before deleting its data.
5. Plans, fees and taxes
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. Basic costs ₹4,000/month for up to 10 users and ₹300/month per additional user. Advanced costs ₹6,500/month for up to 10 users and ₹500/month per additional user. Scale costs ₹15,000/month for up to 20 users and ₹200/month per additional user. Scale includes all CRM features and priority support, 24/7. The written order confirms the feature scope before payment. Any prepayment for future months remains subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
- Prices exclude GST where applicable; any tax and the final payable amount are shown before payment and on the invoice. If you deduct TDS, send us the certificate within the statutory time.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next billing period.
- If a payment is overdue, we give 7 days' notice before suspending the workspace. Suspension does not delete data.
Basic support is available by email and WhatsApp from 9 am to 11 pm India time daily. Advanced receives priority support during those hours. Scale receives priority support, 24/7. These are support availability commitments, not guaranteed resolution times.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation, refunds, plan changes and chargebacks are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Your data and our roles
You own the data you and your users put into Bridge CRM ("Customer Data"). For personal data in Customer Data you are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and we are your Data Processor. We process Customer Data only to provide and support Bridge CRM, on your instructions, and as described in the DPA and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, giving the notices the law requires and keeping consent records for the personal data you load or collect.
8. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You must use Bridge CRM lawfully. In particular you must:
- Have consent and give notice. Contact only people who have agreed to hear from you, give the notice the DPDP Act requires, keep evidence of consent, and stop when someone withdraws it. Mark such people do-not-contact in Bridge CRM.
- Follow telecom rules. Comply with TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 as amended: register as required on the DLT platform, use the number series TRAI prescribes for promotional and service calls, do not make promotional calls or messages to numbers registered on the National Customer Preference Register without the person's consent, and keep to the calling hours TRAI allows.
- Follow messaging and platform rules. Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy (including opt-in and template rules) and the terms of every platform you connect, such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
- Protect children. Do not load personal data of anyone under 18 unless you have verifiable consent from their parent or lawful guardian, mark such records under 18, and never use Bridge CRM to track, profile or target advertising at children.
- Tell people before recording calls where the law requires it, and tell your staff how call logs, recordings and attendance data are used. Use face check-in only for employees who agree to it.
- Avoid sensitive data. Do not load health, financial account, religion, caste, sexual orientation or similar data unless you need it and have a lawful basis.
- Not misuse the service. No spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or content that infringes others' rights; no reverse engineering, scraping, reselling or sharing access outside your business; no security testing, load testing or attempts to bypass limits without our written permission.
9. Connected platforms
When you connect Meta, Google, LinkedIn, telephony, payment or other third-party accounts, you authorise us to exchange data with them on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, approvals or decisions, including a platform limiting or revoking API access.
10. AI features
Bridgy's transcripts, summaries, drafts, analyses and suggestions are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on or acting on them, especially before sending messages or changing live advertising. Bridgy's output is not legal, tax or financial advice. As between us, you may use output generated for your workspace for your business.
11. Bridgy learning and service data
- Workspace learning — the lead-outcome record Bridge CRM keeps to show what is working in your workspace and to suggest next moves — is part of the service. It stays in your workspace and is used only for you.
- Shared learning is off unless your workspace owner turns it on. If they do, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the de-identified rows described in section 5 of our Privacy Policy to develop, train and improve Bridgy and other Talent Bridge products. Those rows exclude Meta, Google, LinkedIn, other ad-platform and marketplace leads, and leads marked do-not-contact or under 18. We will not attempt to re-identify any person or your business from them. Switching it off stops future sharing; rows already shared remain.
- Service data. We may use information about how Bridge CRM is used and performs (for example feature usage, error rates and response times) to operate, secure and improve it, and may publish aggregate statistics that do not identify you or any person.
12. Intellectual property
We own Bridge CRM, including its software, designs, models and documentation. During your subscription we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your internal business purposes under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
13. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only for this agreement and protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law (with notice to the other party where lawful).
14. Suspension
We may suspend access, in whole or in part, if payment is overdue after notice, if you breach section 8, if your use threatens the security or stability of the service or other customers, or if the law or a platform requires it. We will give notice beforehand where practical and restore access once the issue is resolved.
15. Term, termination and your data
These Terms apply while you use Bridge CRM. Either party may end a subscription as the Refund & Cancellation Policy describes. Either party may terminate immediately by notice if the other materially breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 15 days of notice. After a subscription ends you can export your Customer Data for 30 days, after which we delete it from live systems and from backups on their normal cycle, as the DPA describes.
16. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide Bridge CRM with reasonable skill and care and maintain the security measures in the DPA. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, Bridge CRM is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or particular business results. We do not currently offer an uptime service-level agreement.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings; and our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for Bridge CRM in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to your obligations under sections 8 and 18, or to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
18. Your indemnity
You will defend and compensate Talent Bridge, its director, employees and sub-processors against claims, penalties, fines and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from Customer Data, from calls and messages you send, from your breach of section 8, of platform terms or of the law — including under the DPDP Act, TRAI regulations and the Information Technology Act — or from your users' actions.
19. Events outside our control
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, power or internet failures, or failures of third-party platforms or hosting providers. Payment obligations are not excused.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith discussion for 30 days after written notice. If that fails, the dispute will be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement, under that Act. The seat and venue of arbitration is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the language is English. Subject to this, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, including for interim relief.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify workspace owners of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If a material change is adverse to you and you cancel within those 30 days, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid fees. Continuing to use Bridge CRM after a change takes effect means you accept it.
22. General
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or a successor to our business with notice to you. Notices to you go to the workspace owner's email; notices to us go to hello@talentbridgeservices.tech. These Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the DPA are the entire agreement on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. The parties are independent contractors. Sections 5, 7, 11 to 13 and 16 to 22 survive termination.
