Data Deletion Instructions
Bridge CRM — a product of Talent Bridge Services (OPC) Private Limited · Last updated 14 September 2026
This page explains how to have personal data deleted from Bridge CRM, including data that came from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) Lead Ads. It applies whether you are a person a business contacted, an employee of a business using Bridge CRM, or a business closing its account.
1. If a business contacted you
Businesses use Bridge CRM to manage their enquiries; each business decides what happens to its records. You can:
- Ask the business directly. It can delete your record, correct it, or mark you do-not-contact in Bridge CRM straight away.
- Write to us at hello@talentbridgeservices.tech with the subject "Data deletion". Tell us the phone number or email address the business used, and the business's name if you know it. We may ask you to confirm the number or address is yours. We pass your request to the business straight away. If it does not act within 15 days, we delete the record ourselves under the authority our Data Processing Addendum gives us, unless the business shows us a legal reason it must keep it.
If you only want the contact to stop, ask to be marked do-not-contact. That blocks calls, WhatsApp, email and advertising uploads while keeping the record of your request.
2. If you work for a business that uses Bridge CRM
Ask your workspace admin to remove your user account. Removing the account also deletes your face check-in template, if you set one up. Records of work you did for the business, such as call logs, stay with the business.
3. If your business wants to close its account
- Download everything first with Export everything in the app.
- Email hello@talentbridgeservices.tech from the workspace owner's address, or use System ▸ Subscription & payments.
- We confirm, keep the data available to export for 30 days, then delete it as described below. Ask us if you want deletion to start immediately.
4. What deletion means
| Where the data is | What happens |
|---|---|
| Deleted inside the CRM | The record moves to Trash for 30 days so a mistake can be undone, then is permanently deleted with its calls, notes, messages and recordings. On request we skip Trash and delete it straight away. |
| Bridgy learning record in the workspace | Deleted shortly after the lead is permanently deleted, normally within one hour. |
| Shared-learning dataset | Contains no name, phone number, email address, lead ID, exact date or exact fee, and never includes Meta, Google or LinkedIn leads, so it cannot be linked back to you and is not changed. |
| Backups | Deleted data is gone from daily backups within 30 days and from encrypted disaster-recovery copies within 90 days. Backups are used only to restore the service; if one is ever restored, we delete the record again. |
| Records we must keep by law | Invoices and payment records (8 years) and the audit entry that shows a deletion happened, for the workspace's audit retention period. |
5. Data from Meta
Data from Meta's APIs, including Lead Ads submissions, is deleted in the same way. It is used only to provide Bridge CRM to the business that connected its Meta account. It is never pooled across businesses, never added to the shared-learning dataset and never used for our own purposes, in identified, de-identified or aggregated form. Older learning records made from Meta leads now stay inside the business's own workspace and are deleted with the lead.
6. Confirmation
We confirm by email once a deletion request is complete, normally within 30 days and never later than 90 days. If you have not heard from us within 30 days, please write again.
7. Contact
